vendor options

Join us at FAME Fest 2025, our premier wellness festival happening on Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 9 AM to 2 PM at Harwood Park in Downtown Dallas (Vendor call time is 8 AM–2:30 PM).

Select the option that best fits your setup below. Not all vendor tiers include a 10x10 space, so please read each description carefully.

A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required for all vendors. All transactions are final and non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, the backup date is Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the same time and location. No additional refunds or credits will be issued due to weather-related cancellations.

    • Quantity Needed: 400 items

    • Deadline: All swag bag items must be shipped or dropped off by Friday, September 20th.

    • Note: Swag bags will be assembled on Friday, September 26th. Items received after the deadline will not be included.

  • No worries. You can use our guy to purchase liability insurance. He’s familiar with our events and would be a great contact.

  • In the event of rain, FAME Fest will be rescheduled for the following Saturday, October 4th, at the same time and location. Please note that there is no indoor backup option for this event.

    If the event is ultimately canceled, all vendor fees and brand sponsorships will be credited toward a future event.

  • SET-UP:

    • Begins at 6:00 AM on Saturday, September 27

    • Unloading Location: Harwood Street next to Harwood Park

    • All booths must be fully set up by 9:00 AM

    • Note: Attendees may begin checking in as early as 8:00 AM

    LAWN RULES:

    • All tents and equipment must be securely tied down and weighed with sandbags or proper weights — no stakes are allowed on the lawn

    PARKING:

    • Vendor parking is available in the garage at Harwood & Jackson

    • We highly recommend bringing a cart or dolly for easier transport

    BREAKDOWN:

    • You may begin breaking down your booth starting at 2:00 PM
