A bright and early sweat session is the perfect way to set a productive tone for the rest of your day.  Join the November Project Dallas every Wednesday morning for an uplifting workout.  Each workout runs 45 minutes long and is designed to work all muscle groups! Expect group exercises, body weight movements, and running.
