Join GRIT Fitness Founder, Brit Rettig, for a night of sweat, sips and giving back!

Enjoy a 45 minute Flex and Flow workout followed by an inspirational conversation and Q&A about living a life of love and service. Complimentary sips will be provided.

All proceeds from this event will be reinvested across the Dallas community through LOVE In Motion. LOVE In Motion is a 501c3 nonprofit focused on showing tangible appreciation (live LOVE Projects) to some of Dallas' most dedicated workers a.k.a teachers, police officers and firefighters. Additionally, LOVE In Motion also places emphasis on learning what it means to be loved by our Creator and how to love each other while reaping the benefits of having our neighborhoods, workplaces and our relationships flourish.
