Yoga for Birthworkers

Come learn techniques to relieve tension, stretch tired muscles during labor, and help you recover after births. The second half of our time we'll work on basic yoga to help you help your clients!

Learn ways to:
-Relieve neck tension
-Relax shoulders after hip squeezes
-Ease feet and wrist tension

Help your clients to:
-Find more ease in their bodies
-Use movement to help move through labor
-Utilizing breath as a labor tool

There's kitchen space so we can have snacks!
This is a baby-friendly space and event, so please feel free to bring your little with you; feed them, change them, whatever you need to do!
