Dance for a cause! This all-levels class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a heart-pumping, endorphin-boosting Zumba party.

VISIBLE Magazine’s Stephanie Drenka and Dallas Fitness Ambassador Martha Palacios (Fit with Martha) invite you to join an outdoor dance fitness party in Dallas’ Oak Lawn neighborhood designed to smile, sweat and celebrate America’s diversity—fueled in great part by immigrants. No experience needed, just a great attitude!

This all-levels class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a heart-pumping, endorphin-boosting Zumba party. Once the music takes over, you'll see why this workout is called "exercise in disguise." Here are videos of Martha's popular classes: https://marthapalacios.com/videos.

Check-in begins at 8:00am with the class starting promptly at 8:30am. Bring water, a towel and a hat/sunglasses. Oh, don’t forget sunscreen, too!

Proceeds for this event will be donated to the Texas Civil Rights Project to support their work protecting the rights of immigrants in Texas. More information about their work here: https://texascivilrightsproject.org/our-work/racial-economic-justice
