Personal practice is something we do on a consistent basis to take care of our body, mind, spirit and energy. The health and functionality of our bodies, thoughts of our mind and our habits determine our quality of life. It can determine whether we see life as an adventure or life as a hassle.
The thing is, WE GET TO CHOOSE, and how we can take control is through a personal practice.
There are many different forms of a personal practice. We will focus on practices help solve common issues and are most practical for the world we live in.

You will learn how to:
-Stretch and improve posture with a 5 minute daily routine
-Reduce stress levels through short, daily rituals
-Effectively make and break habits
-Reduce procrastination and understand the root cause
-Feel more connected to yourself and attain a state of inner peace
-Courageously go after dreams and desires
