Designed to both energize the body and calm the mind, preparing you for the end of your work week, or the beginning of an easy weekend. This class will be composed of restorative sequences that blend supported supine, sitting and inverted poses that will gently stretch all the limbs and joints, and rejuvenate the circulatory system. We'll maintain mindful awareness of the breath throughout, and a brief meditation will close our practice and set our intention for the day ahead.
