It’s no secret that we live in a world that does not necessarily favor good posture. Sedentary lifestyles, cell phones, computers, office jobs, etc do more harm for our posture than good. Good posture isn’t just about looking good but helps reduce pain and tension, aids in correct utilization of the muscles, improves mood, energy, productivity and helps us deepen more into our yoga, meditation and self growth practices.
Come enjoy a 2 hour workshop where you will learn exercises, stretches, poses and tips you can implement into your practice and daily life to help you improve your posture in ways such as opening up your shoulders, reducing anterior pelvic tilt, decreasing low back irritation, strengthening the core, increasing flexibility in the hip flexors and more!
