What is Global Wellness Day you ask? Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit day, a social project dedicated to living well. The purpose of Global Wellness Day is to ask the question, even if for just one day, “How can I live a healthier and better life?”, to direct the thoughts of both individuals and society towards “living well” and to raise awareness. It is celebrated in more than 100 countries at 5,000 different locations.

Tamara is one of 75 exclusive NIKE Training Club ambassadors and spent many years as a NIKE Rockstar Dance Instructor. Dr. Kayser is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Neurologic Certified Specialist. She has experience in acute, subacute and outpatient settings providing orthopedic and neuromuscular rehabilitation spanning pediatric through geriatric populations. In this session, Dr. Kayer will bring you into the world of body awareness (the way we move during every day activities) while teaching you helpful tips on how to prevent or correct physical injuries. Yoga nidra, or yogic sleep as it is commonly known, is an immensely powerful meditation technique, and one of the easiest yoga practices to develop and maintain. It offers you a space to explore what you need in the moment, a well as an opportunity to work on releasing long-held emotions. While Meg rests comfortably in savasana (corpse pose), this systematic meditation takes you through the pancha maya kosha (five layers of self), leaving you with a sense of wholeness and ready for a good night's sleep.
