This is a great introduction to the more technical side of our workouts. We will be thoroughly walking through all major barbell exercises including deadlift, squat and press.

If you’re needing to brush up on your barbell skills or build some STRENGTH and confidence before jumping into our group fitness workouts then this is the class for you.
