GAP Workout

GAP (Gluts, Abs, and Piernas/Legs) is a fun, energetic, and highly effective class. As stated in its name, it focuses on the core and everything below the waist. It's quite the workout, but students don't mind because the music is so entertaining, and the instructor is so personable and patient. What the students do notice is the almost instantaneous change in the way they look and feel. The instructor Elicia, a 44-year-old who learned and was trained to teach GAP in Madrid, says, "I was thin, but as I became older, I was so frustrated because absolutely nothing would get rid of the cellulite in the back of my thighs. ...not until GAP.
