This workshops introduces students to foundational tips and tricks to spread their wings and fly in the most basic to the most advanced arm balances. In our workshop we will being with a vigorously fun 75 minute vinyasa class that will explore the foundations of arm balancing through table top pose and the importance of core stability and breath work.
Our final hour dives into the integration of the breath, posture, inner strength and concentration essential to soaring into postures bakasana (crow), flying pigeon, side crow, firefly, forearm balance, and more.
Bring your questions and take home a refreshed spirit and richer awareness of these striking asanas. Arm balances are liberating postures that teach us our intrinsic power but about our innate playfulness, courage, and strength.
