"LIT" stands for low impact training, bringing you a sweaty workout using state of the art water rowers + exercise intervals that are easy on your joints. We cannot wait to share this class with you and will see you at the launch party!

The perfect blend of cardio & strength training that minimizes joint impact. Enjoy 20 minutes of rowing drills on our state of art water rowing machines + 20 minutes of low impact strength training using dumbbells and resistance tubes. 45 minutes; sneakers required
