Are you training for an upcoming race? Do you want to improve your strength to help you get through long runs? DRC and Corpus Performance join together for a social run followed by a strength training with our friends at Corpus Performance and Dallas Run Clinic. Bring a yoga mat and let's get started. The run starts at 6:30pm and the strength training starts at 7:30pm.
