Are you recovering from an injury or surgery? Do you need to work on core strength, but are hesitant to try a large drop-in class? If so, then our new Post-Injury Pilates series is for you!
Taught by Candace Bordelon, Ph.D., instructor of "Yoga for Back Health," this new 6 week series takes a careful approach to building strength using Pilates exercises. Like "Yoga for Back Health," enrollment is limited to only 7 clients and will focus on the individual needs of those clients enrolled for the series.
All participants are encouraged to discuss their exercise regimes with their physicians. Participant must be released by physician for activity in group pilates class.
Due to the popularity of this class and the limited spots available, please be especially mindful when registering in the series. If you find that you are not able to attend, please give at least 24 hours notice prior to the first class so we can offer the spot to the next person on the wait list and help as many people as possible.
