Friendship Circle of Dallas would like to invite you to participate in their first annual Walk4Friendship, a 2K walk around Flagpole Hill, to be held on Sunday, May 19th, 2O19. Walk4Friendship is designed to build community solidarity, as well raise funds for and increase awareness of Friendship Circle, a 5O1(c)3 non-profit organization that provides inclusive social and educational programs for children and adults with diverse abilities.
Together, you’ll be walking (and enjoying a carnival that follows!) to raise funds for innovative programs to include the thousands in our community who are deprived of typical social contact— those with Autism, Down Syndrome, Cerebral Palsy and other emotional, physical and cognitive challenges.
The walk4friendship is from 10am-11am around Flag Poll Hill. 11am will begin a fair for the entire community, located across from the all abilities playground on Flag Poll Hill, and will include a food truck, moon bounces, face painting, shows, balloon artists, and more! Fun for the whole family. Fun for everyone.
**100% of funds raised go directly towards making more meaningful friendships through programs and activities.
