TBC Bootcamp at Athleta

This bootcamp-style workout consists of functional, full-range-of-motion strength training exercises designed to challenge the whole body. Though predominately strength-based, these workouts will also offer strategically interspersed HIIT and plyometric exercises. In our TBC classes clients go at their own pace so this format is acceptable for all fitness levels. 

Wear athletic shoes and bring a towel, mat and water.This class will be taught at Athleta (3848 Oak Lawn Ave). Class is free but RSVP required.
