How are you feeling today?
This can be a loaded question for some that tend to be invalidated and stigmatized within our society. Especially if we answer in any other way besides "I am fine".

But how do we go beyond the programming of the "I am fine" to understanding where we are and beginning to feel truly WELL?

Here at WAAS we want to tell you that our feelings do matter. We want to provide you a judgment-free zone where we can meet you where you at, where ever that may be.
That in this place you are not alone, and we can support one another on our journeys.

Join WAAS this May during Mental Health Month as we place a focus on supporting our mental well being.

Every Thursday 12-1:15
Fundamentals Class

This is a class suited to all levels that taps into the tradition of our yoga practice for modern living. We spend time breaking down postures and the anatomy of our asanas, but also using traditional methods to benefit us in our modern world via breathing exercises, meditation, mudras, and chanting.

Doors open 15 minutes before class to allow time for parking and getting set up.
