Join Her.HQ on May 14 for a dance-cardio, sweat session led by Instructor and Dallas Fitness Ambassador Martha Palacios. This high-energy, 40-minute workout is easy to follow and set to a “feel good” playlist that powers you through rhythmic moves. Post workout, we’ll refuel with a DIY protein ball bar featuring Superseed Well & Vital Proteins, then talk and taste our way through the benefits of superfood snacks with Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist Whitness Nutrition - Whitney Stuart RDN Dietitian-Nutritionist. All fitness levels welcome – no dance experience required!
