This four part workshop series is designed to give you the power modify your yoga practice WITHOUT teacher cues. Through this four part series you'll learn about arm balances, props, twists and back bends, and finally figure out what the heck it means to flow. Enroll in all four workshops for $100 or enroll in individual workshops ($30 for members, $40 for non-members)

What is Flow? - April 20th, 3-5pm

Join Summit Yoga Teacher Emily Jones for the fourth of four workshops focused on advancing your vinyasa practice. This 2-hour workshop will first discuss what the heck “flow” means in yoga. We will discuss the core engagement required to make your practice look and feel more fluid and proper breath-to posture technique so that your practice becomes more engaged, steady, and meditative.


Advance Your Vinyasa Class - April, 20th, 5:30pm (FREE CLASS!!)

Join Summit Yoga Teachers Emily Jones and Linda Nguyen as they lead you through a mid-level vinyasa flow class. This class is the culmination of a series of four workshops focused on advancing students’ vinyasa practice. This class is geared toward workshop attendees, but is open to anyone with an open and playful mind towards yoga. We will incorporate a variety of arm balances, inversions, props, and challenge postures during this class to allow students an opportunity to put what they’ve learned into practice. You might fall. You will probably see something new, and you will be challenged beyond your normal practice, but we will be with you every step of the way, so come join us.
