Practice Like a Yogi: Developing a Home Practice

We’ve all been there. You took that great class and experienced progress or learned something new and thought “I could do this at home”. For whatever reason you weren’t able to connect the dots and you’re back to your normal routine. We’ll talk about the 4 W’s of a personal home practice: why, when, where, and how, as well as the obstacles that arise and how to manage them so that you can unlock a deeper experience with your yoga practice. We can also provide you with props to accommodate any type of practice that speaks to you. (Of course we’ll talk about how to use them too). You’ll also get access to a private social media group to help support your practice after the workshop.

Daniel Todd has practiced yoga for a decade. It was through his desire to develop his Self that he the practice has helped him experience growth on a physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional level. His classes and workshops are an example of his own commitment, discipline, and practice both on and off the mat to be a better more authentic human and yogi. His teaching style is filled with spirit, possibility, firmness, and lightness and the desire to learn as much from his students as they do from him.
