Allow the depths and advancement of your yoga postures to flow through once you master the connection of the foundational postures. Join Brittany Addison-Prescott, as she breaks down tabletop pose aligned with your breath is your foundation to some of the advanced yoga postures.
In this workshop you will learn:

It’s all good to be basic as the foundational yoga postures are practiced to align, strengthen and promote flexibility in the body.

Breathing techniques and meditation are also integrated to allow you to meet your highest self
Be encouraged by the emphasis on simplicity, repetition, and ease of movement through table top pose, mountain pose, warrior 1 and warrior 2.

Full-body relaxation and balance are the goals, as we make a full circuit of the body’s range of motion with standing postures, twists, backbends, forward folds, and hip openers.
Suggested Donation $25 great for beginners EXCELLENT for intermediate and practitioners.
