Join Super Yoga Palace as they discuss what it means to get in touch with our soft side and how to embody it in your everyday yoga practice.
They’ll discuss different styles of yoga that specifically cater to this concept and what makes them different from one another as well as how to choose the right style for you or your class on any given day. This will include a deep dive into restorative, deep stretch and yin. We'll also look at different softening techniques that can be incorporated into your practice such as subtle body meditations, energetic assists and hands-on healing touch.
