Learn how to add meditation to your yoga practice with Dain Ehring. This class will dedicate the first half to a Vinyasa flow in order to prepare the body to find stillness in meditation. The meditation section of the class is quidded to help you gain experience in the practice, unlocking the key to deepening the physical practice when the mind is focused.
