Join The Barre Code - Design District for their monthly community class, Barre Code Basics. This free class is The Barre Code’s slower-paced, simpler version of their signature Barre Code class. You can expect a full-body workout at a slower pace, targeting the arms, abdominals, thighs, and glutes and consisting of isometric holds, heavy repetition, finished off with some deep full-body stretching. This workout is great for everyone especially those just getting back into fitness, newer to barre or just wanting an awesome full body workout. Don't be fooled by the name, Basics doesn't mean Easy!
